#Unstereotype movement

Recently, a major brand pledged to do away with outdated portrayals of women from its advertising after finding that 50% of ads contain a stereotypical image of women, and that this had a negative effect on sales. How can companies depict women with more authenticity? What kind of female imagery resonates with you?
