Kathleen Griffith

Best known for fearless strategy and out-of-the-box thinking, Kathleen works with both Fortune 500 brands and leading early stage growth companies to create future-proof, women-centric business and marketing strategies. As CEO of Grayce & Co, she brings her clients’ new ideas to market, driving rapid acceleration of products, platforms and services.  Grayce & Co was founded out of Kathleen’s desire to inspire confidence in the next generation of women entrepreneurs and leaders.

Prior to launching Grayce & Co, Kathleen served as Managing Director at creative ‘Agency Of The Year’ mcgarrybowen, where she oversaw the agency’s account acquisition strategy, organic growth, new capability development and brand marketing. She worked with Claudia Chan on the launch of S.H.E. Summit, the world’s most accessible global women’s empowerment conference. Prior to that, Kathleen was Senior Partner at Ogilvy & Mather where she was responsible for aligning Kimberly-Clark’s global proprietary offerings with the network’s top local markets worldwide.

A champion of women’s causes, Kathleen serves on the committee of Cannes Lions’ ‘See It Be It’, which fosters the advancement and representation of female creative talent. Kathleen has worked on campaigns for both the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation and Diane von Furstenberg’s Water Tank Project.

In 2016, she launched Grayce & Co Ventures to invest in startups that are women-oriented and/or purpose-driven. These include RETHINK Water and Verst, which is also advised by Reid Hoffman. She is also heavily involved in the technology and venture communities as an advisor and investor.

Her work has been recognized with awards, including a Cannes Gold Lion for creativity and an Effie for effectiveness. She has been featured as a ‘Leading Woman In Business’ by Huffington Post, ‘Creative Innovator’ by Conde Nast, ‘Spotlight On Success’ by Citi Women & Co, IBM Think Leader, as a Levo League Mentor, Women in the World featured entrepreneur, as “The Fixer” on EntrepreneurTV, a Facebook Live ‘business leader’, and has also appeared as a judge on the BBC’s Apprentice.

Kathleen is a regular contributor to Women@Forbes. She guest lectures at NYU Parsons and UNC School of Entrepreneurship. Kathleen is Vice Chair of Sacred People. When she’s not strategizing, advising or investing, Kathleen can be found spending time with her adorable rescue pup and Grayce & Co mascot, Dash; enjoying culinary adventures with friends and family; and engaging her curiosity about the world through art, film, and music.
